Hemlock is a boat we know well here at Mercia, having sold her twice before. The boat still remains in a lovely condition both inside & out, benefiting from many years in the ownership of the first owners who spared no expense when it came to maintenance. Hemlock was re bottomed recently by Streethay wharf as a result of a survey commissioned by the previous owners. The present owner also has a current survey and is only selling due to a house purchase. The layout is traditional with a long forward saloon with seating either side. There is a table on a desmo leg for dining. The seating provides sleeping for 3 in the way of a make up double and 1 single. Galley with plenty of storage, Vanette freestanding gas cooker, small 240v fridge and Paloma water heater. Off corridor bathroom with cassette toilet , sink in vanity unit and hip bath with shower over. Engine room housing all services .
