We are committed to making buying or selling a boat easy
- We will open our sales offices when you want to shop, we are currently open seven days between 8.30 and 5.30 but we are happy to arrange viewings outside these times, just give us a call to arrange this.
- We will provide you with friendly, informative and helpful service whenever you need it.
- We will help you make informed decisions by providing you with clear sales literature and product specifications.
- We undertake a policy of accompanied viewing to ensure that all customers receive the best service that is available, we will of course give all customers as much time as they require alone on a boat and we are happy to arrange a trial cruise if required.
We are committed to looking after your best interests
- We will always use a verified Client account when handling the proceeds of a brokerage sale.
- We will always use British Marine Federation sponsored contracts and agreements.
- We will offer complete transparency in all our dealings, vendor and purchaser details are always included on sales contracts
- We will provide a signed declaration of ownership and encumbrances together with a signed and witnessed Board of Transport sponsored Bill of Sale.
- We will always advise purchasers to have an independent pre-purchase survey carried out. We do not use retained surveyors nor do we have boats "pre-surveyed" all customers are free to appoint their own surveyor. We are of course able to provide contact details of independent local surveyors should this be required.

- We will work with you to help you achieve the most efficient sale possible, we will discuss with you honestly and candidly your boats value and saleability. We will use our expertise to advise you of anything that can be done to help your boat achieve a better price and / or faster sale.
- We will actively seek your opinion on how we managed our dealings with you and promise to use this information to improve our service
- We are founder members of "The Boat Brokers and Retailers Association" and are fully committed to its published code of practice.
- Our Directors have day-to-day control of the business and welcome contact from any customer, they undertake to make themselves available should you wish to talk with them at anytime.
- We will provide honest and regular feedback from customer viewings and market activity, we will keep you informed of what is happening whilst your boat is for sale, all vendors can expect to be contacted at least once a fortnight.
- We will provide a full handover service including an information / document pack to ensure that new owners are fully conversant with their new boat and will make ourselves available to assist you at any time during your ownership, should it be required.
